Conditions of Use

I will endeavour to dispatch your order within a couple of days, but if I am on location somewhere, I will be unable to do so until I return; in any event I will be in contact with you as early as possible to confirm its dispatch.

Placing an order

You can use our online secure site, or you can email me via the contact page if you would prefer to order over the telephone, let me have your contact phone number and I will get back to you

Credit Card Payment

Your safe shopping guarantee is effected through the use of PayPal to complete our internet payment process, you may use all major credit and debit cards or your PayPal account if you have one
You do not need a Paypal account.

Shipping & Handling

All orders will be sent by a Postal service or Carrier Estimated delivery times 3 to 5 working days, a signature to confirm delivery is required.

Returns

If a product is damaged upon arrival I will exchange it or make a refund if the stock is no longer available, you will need to send the product back to me with a photo of the damage.
If you are not happy with any item this may be returned to me insured and at your own risk for a full refund minus postage both ways.

Delivery Charges

I do not normally make a charge for delivery to any address in the UK..

Shows and Events

If my paintings are exhibited in a gallery and you wish to collect from there, providing they have the paintings in stock, then please contact them directly to arrange collection and payment
